Seville-born Francisco Bech has always been deeply connected to the music scene in his hometown. In 2011, he agreed with Rafael Riqueni to document the recording of his upcoming album. Unexpected circumstances turned this project into a much longer journey than initially planned, with the documentary’s filming only concluding in 2023. Throughout these years, Bech faithfully followed Riqueni’s journey back to the stage, eventually becoming his manager. Bech’s documentary immerses viewers in the highs and lows of one of the greatest maestros in the history of flamenco guitar, whose music, influenced by both jazz and classical genres, has earned him international acclaim.
