Shot against the astonishing backdrop of Mallorca, The Good Man, is a quiet film about a couple seeking the advice and mediation in their separation process of what they consider “a good man”. This “good man” is an old friend who, after widowing, decided to retire from the world to a quiet corner of the Spanish Mediterranean. Apparently, simple, the film is imbued with thought-provoking dialogues and emotion, just as David Trueba accostums.
