Alicia and Gonzalo, a middle-class couple, are given the opportunity to enrol their son, Fer, in an elite secular school. For them, it offers a glimpse into a more privileged world—new social circles, greater opportunities, and the promise of a better future. They tell themselves they’re doing it for their son.
